How it all began

It started with two friends, one from law and the other from tech, who kept seeing the same thing: founders signing contracts they didn't fully understand, small businesses paying hundreds an hour for answers they needed fast, and plenty of people avoiding lawyers altogether because of the bill. That conversation sparked something bigger: a shared mission to make solid legal help something anyone could reach.

From 2, we grew to 4, then 6, then 8.

Now we're a team, a company, and a movement built on that same mission.

Our Vision

A world where getting legal help doesn't depend on how deep your pockets are. Where a founder, a small-business owner, or a freelancer can understand their situation, handle their contracts, and know when they truly need a lawyer, in minutes, in plain English, for a price that makes sense.
